A Product That Does What It Says It Will Do? Genius.

I was at Walgreens recently using some RRs and stopped at the hair clip section.  I always stop at the hair clip section.

I have long, curly hair that is prone to doing whatever it feels like on most days.  I usually throw it in a ponytail or a strange variation of a bun, but it always needs to be readjusted about a thousand times throughout the day.  But on this trip to the hair clip section, I found my true love.

It's a Goody Modern Updo Clip.  It is not cheap, at least not my version of cheap.  But I have a drawer full of clips that looked really great and I thought would change my life, only to be disappointed when they weren't as awesome as advertised.

This one is more awesome than advertised.

Once you figure out the directions, your hair stays in place. All. Day.  For realsies.  I even fell asleep with it in one night and my hair was still securely in place.  That's unheard of.

I've read a few reviews about it since I got it and some people (mostly those with thick hair) didn't find it helpful.  But most people with normal or fine hair had positive reviews, like myself.  Best $6 I've spent in a while.

Now if you'll excuse me, I must take my fabulous hair down to the Piggly-Wiggly.  It's far too nice to be kept inside.
