32 Never Looked So Good.

It's my birthday! I'm 32 years old today... to celebrate, I will raise my children, do laundry, make dinner and wash dishes. I'm a party animal.

The past few birthdays I've had, I've realized that they just aren't much fun anymore.  Last year was positively depressing (although I'm convinced that it was because 31 was a prime number.  I'm an odd girl.) and the birthdays before that weren't much to write home about.  And do you know? I'm OK with that.  Once I had children, they became more important to get things for than myself... and I was totally fine with that.  I think I became a bit more selfless when they were born.  I'm such a giver.  In fact, in honor of my birthday, you should all take the day off.  Tell your bosses I said it was cool. You're welcome.

I'm still having cake though.  I may not care if it's my birthday but any excuse for cake works for me.
