If It Wasn't For The Internet, I Could Rule The World.

Yes, you read that right. If I didn't have internet access, I would be capable of ruling the world. You probably don't want an explanation, but I'll give one anyway 'cause that's how I roll.

Our internet was out this morning. Can I just say that I'm not fond of our internet/cable/phone provider? I won't mention their name because that would be wrong, but it rhymes with Blediarom. My husband called early this morning on his cell phone to fix the problem and they gave us the standard 'sometime between one and five today, don't make any plans, don't even sneeze because you might miss them' appointment.

I wept. Openly. I had a post that I needed to put up first thing this morning! I need to email some important people! I haven't read E! Online in over nine hours! DON'T THEY KNOW WHO I AM, FOR CRIPES SAKE, GET SOMEONE OVER HERE.

The problem wasn't in our house, it was an outage... the problem is fixed. But in the three hours that I was awake and without internet, I did the following things:

Two loads of laundry
A sinkful of dishes
Organized the paper pile on the table
Walked Jonathan to school
Played enough Mario Galaxy to get three stars

If I didn't have the internet, I'd be unstoppable and my house would be clean all the time. But there's so much awesome stuff on Pinterest... so I'd better check on that.
