24 Days of Thanksgiving - Hashbrown Casserole

This is not the same as the breakfast casserole. I am not losing my mind and just posting the same thing twice, I promise. This is for hashbrown casserole and it's delicioso. Here are the simple, easy-peasy instructions:

Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen shredded hashbrowns
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz shredded colby cheese

Spray a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray. Mix all the ingredients in a ginormous bowl. Pour into the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Done. Finito. Other foreign words for 'finished'.
Hot-diggity dog.
Do you see the browned edges?  They are the best part.
Make it for Thanksgiving.  It's amazing.
