Stop Reading and Make Some Chocolate Mousse.

Really.  I want you to read this quickly, drop everything else, and go make chocolate mousse.  You know I've never been tough with you, but this is mandatory.  You'll thank me when your face is covered in chocolate mousse and the world looks a bit fuzzy.

To make super-simple chocolate mousse, you'll need:

1 envelope Dream Whip
1 box chocolate instant pudding (the 4-serving size)
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups cold milk, divided

Make the Dream Whip as directed on the package: use a mixer to whip together 1/2 cup of the milk, the Dream Whip, and the vanilla.  Mix it for about six minutes or until it forms stiff peaks.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the remaining milk.  Fold the Dream Whip into the pudding mix.

Let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or until you just can't wait any longer.  Eat.

HOW EASY WAS THAT?
