Well, I did. Take THAT, high school guidance counselor.
In honor of one year of cynicism while crafting, I'm having a little giveaway! This is a very special giveaway... why, it's the most specialist giveaway ever.
I'm giving you whatever the crap you want. Well, within reason that is.
For a few lucky winners, I'll be making you anything on this blog... perhaps you'd like your own Ironing Mat?
Or your own magnetic message board (you can even pick the colors... look how accommodating I am)?
Or a spring wreath?
A felt wreath?
How about your own canvas calendar?
Or a fabric bowl?
Or of course, faux wrought iron wall art?
Take a look around the blog and pick yourself something pretty... if I draw your name at random, I'll make it and ship it to you. 'Cause I loves you. I would not recommend any of the recipes as your prize... homemade frosties do not ship well.
To enter, be a follower and leave a comment. I'll pick a few winners because I don't like to play favorites... The giveaway ends at 11:59pm on June 6th... so don't try to enter at 12:00am on June 7th, cause I'll be watching you.
Thanks for one year of awesomeness!

Well congrats! Hope many more of good blogging years to come!
ReplyDeleteHmmm. I am definitely following and I certainly love to poke around your blog. I've been eying your car mats :)...ironically, I just finished making an ironing mat...great minds, I tell you, great minds. Happy year anniversary!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! The year has been good to you! I love the magnetic board! You have so many fun ideas...
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogiversary!!!!!!!! Glad you started blogging a year ago! :<) Here's to many more.
ReplyDeleteI love the magnetic message board the best.
Congrats on your one year. Great giveaway too. I would choose a canvas calendar.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary! I've enjoyed lurking in the background!
ReplyDeleteHappy day! I am a newish follower but have gone pretty far back in the archives. Loving you! :)

Congrats on one year! I definitely follow your RSS feed, but I'm having trouble figuring out which awesome project is my favorite :-) Hope your next year (and more) is just as awesome!
ReplyDeleteHappy 1 yr. I love following you, you have awesome projects which I really enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI love your faux wrought iron wall art, so I would choose it, if I am picked.
THANKS

Happy 1 year! It's awesome how much you've done in this one year - you have me always coming back for more!
ReplyDeleteYou inspire me. You could surprise me with anything on your blog...I love it all! But I really could use some tips on making the layout of my new blog have some personality. Yours is great!
ReplyDeleteI can't decide between the fabric bowl and the ironing mat. Hopefully I'll have to decide because that means I won!
ReplyDeleteThis has got to be the coolest giveaway ever. Options? Who does that you are awesome, congrats on what you have accomplished in your first year. I look forward to seeing what you come up with next. BTW if I don't win, I am totally making myself a spring wreath.
ReplyDeleteyou are so cute!! I loooove your canvas calendar... :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogiversary!!! I love your blog and love that most of your projects aren't done with fancy supplies. My favorite has to be the board you made on your post informing us that aluminum is not magnetic. It's just as awesome as the Pottery Barn inspiration.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your first year. Yesterday I finally found the green yarn for the Spring Wreath. Other colors were available. Mine will be a Summer Wreath. I could use the Ironing Mat. Thank you for all the posts.
ReplyDeleteHappy blogiversary to you. If you should happen to pick my name, I'd love to have that ironing board pad for the dryer. Maybe my pile wouldn't stack up if I had that handy dandy item!
ReplyDeleteHappy 1year (of many) blogiversary! Talk about great stats! That's a woo to the hoo!
ReplyDeleteWHEN I win, I would like one of each project! Just kidding! I would have to think long and hard to choose. But I will WHEN I win. (Positive thinking!)
All the very best for all the many years to come,
Cathy
Happy Blogiversary! I love your attitude and your talent, I always look forward to reading your blog.
ReplyDeleteIf my name were to get picked I would probably faint. Then to pick one thing, you did say anything right? I will have to give that some thought, I'll let you know if I win, fair?
Enjoy your day!

Congrats! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your blog! I have so much fun opening my email every morning and reading your post! I always start my day laughing my buns off and sporting a smile! I give you the credit for that because the caffiene would not have kicked in by then! :) Thanks for a year of not only inspiring us but for giving us joy as well! God Bless!
ReplyDeleteWoo Hoo! Congrats to you!! I just had my one year about a month ago :) Love your blog, love your projects! Keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary! I would love a magnetic message board. I love the pink one! :) Pick me! LOL
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary...even though I just found you recently I so LOVE you!!!!! I would love the message board....in a green or bright red. But then again I love the look of the faux wrought iron so either one would be perfect
ReplyDeleteJudy
Congratulations!! I'm so happy for you and happy that I came across you blog....especially your cheese hashbrown casserole post. Haha!! (Yes I love that stuff that much!)
ReplyDeleteYour hard work and dedication has paid off! Looking forward to another year! Congrats again!
Just recently found your blog from a link up, I don't remember where. But OMG, you could be me with the snarkiness (we don't call it sarcasm) and the craft-anything attitude! I'm going back through all your 300 posts, so when *I* win, I'll let you know what goody I'd like. I'll even make you something back, even though I'm not a pro blogger/crafter.
ReplyDeleteNora (mom to the Carolina Cats, who DO have a blog)
I found your blog through the wrought iron tp art, and even entered my own version into our upcycle contest at work. I think it looked too awesome and not 'recycled' enough, so I didn't win. But in any case, I am loving your blog! I'm pretty sure you are a voice from inside my head thst escaped, or maybe you have a direct link to my brain, either way, slightly scary. I love your stuff and if you pick me, I'd like the message board you made (aluminum is NOT magnetic post - BTW I knew and I still have to verify it hasn't suddenly become magnetic. It could happen.)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on making a year! Here's hoping the zombies don't take out the power and prevent you from blogging more. ;)
I would love to see the version you made! Send a picture of it to me!
DeleteI sent it by email, I hope you got it! My picture skills are limited to FB and copying from there. ;)
DeleteHello! I have followed your blog a month ago and I love everything I see here. I am Brazilian and I loved your magnetic calendar. Happy Anniversary! The criticisms come ... But we're too busy for that ... Greetings from Brazil
ReplyDeleteMy awesome BBC (babycenter.com in case you don't have the addiction to that site that I do) friend told me about your blog and made awesome faux wrought iron decorations for a contest at work (and her home). If I win I will have to collaborate with her to share the prize. Oh nevermind, I see her comment 2 above so now I don't feel like I need to share. I lack the skill of creativity and anything I attempt looks like my 3 yr old made it. Nevermind, his are better. One day I will be good though - by the time my 6 mo old daughter is 3 hopefully people will tell the difference between our attempts! Have a great day! (PS, my muffin top is way bigger than yours and I plan on making that delicious cherry crobbler just the way you made it - with ice cream.)
ReplyDeleteYou are hilarious! Happy 1 year blog birthday!!
