Ranch Meatloaf

So, I'm sure that I'm not the first to make meatloaf this way... but I don't want to be the last.  Make this... it's delicioso.

Take two pounds of ground beef...

Add a packet of ranch dressing mix...

Two slices of bread, all torn up...

And a couple of eggs...

Mix it up nicely and throw it in a loaf pan...

Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes.  Embrace deliciousness.

Really, the best meatloaf I've ever had.  And I've done the research on this.

  1. I've never thought of doing this. Do you sit around thinking about different ways to use dry Ranch mix? (Wasn't the pork chop recipe from you?) I sure hope you stockpile this before the zombies come.

  2. It's been years since I've had meatloaf...maybe even decades. The meatloaf I remember, had a coat of ketchup over the top. Some how, my mom managed to burn the outside and yet the inside would still be raw. This looks like the modern day version of meatloaf, one I would actually eat. I might have to try it.

I love all the comments I get from you! Because of an insane amount of spam, I had to turn off anonymous commenting but I'd love it if you'd comment anyway!
