31 Days of Halloween - Super Simple Ghost Pops

This isn't a recipe.  I mean, for a recipe, you need more than one ingredient.  And for this, you don't.  That's right, with just one ingredient, all your children will adore you.  As if they didn't already.

If you want to a be a hero to your sugar-loving family, buy yourself a candy or sucker mold.  They are so cheap and so cute.  Since mine was a sucker mold, I also bought some sucker sticks and the one ingredient, some candy for melting.

Call me ignorant if you will, but I had no idea these things were so easy to make.  I JUST DIDN'T KNOW.

Melt the candy according to the bag...

Spoon a little into the mold, add the sucker stick, and then fill it up the rest of the way...

They tell you to tap the mold on the table to release the air bubbles.  I didn't because I'm a rebel.  And you know what? They still tasted awesome.  LOOK HOW ADORABLE.

I want to make these all the time now.  I'm hooked.  Something so cute couldn't possibly be so easy, but it is.  My candy prayers have been answered.

  1. If only you lived right up the street!! I had a neighbor who moved a year ago and she gave me all her old molds and many other supplies. I have yet to use the molds. I have repurposed many of the other supplies though. These ghosts are awesome! Great party favors too!

I love all the comments I get from you! Because of an insane amount of spam, I had to turn off anonymous commenting but I'd love it if you'd comment anyway!
