I collected a billion Pringles cans, which didn't take too long because Pringles are awesome-sauce. I cut the little ring at the top off and started to work.
I also cleaned out the insides of the Pringles can because I didn't want my vinyl to be crumb-y. Next, I used double-sided tape to put some pretty paper on each one and I stacked them together. I did glue them as well, but added a ribbon to tie them together too because I like extra pretty on my Pringles cans.
And after several minutes of diligent work, I had vinyl storage. I am so good at projects that take less than an hour.
This system is way better than the one I had before: putting vinyl wherever I was and having to look for it all over. Progress.

Brilliant! Now I just need to get a can of pringles and eat them!

ReplyDeleteI'm good at admiring projects. :-) Great idea!
ReplyDeleteI'm convinced now that we were either best friends or twins in a past life...this Is so cute! I was thinking of getting some plastic wrap or whatever with a slide cutter if I could find one. My bf just wonders how it all ends up in the house I think. I like to sneak mine in under the cover of nightfall.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I have that same scrapbook paper, hehe!

This is such a great idea! Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteFantastic idea! I love this
ReplyDeleteNever seen such pretty pringles cans ;)
ReplyDeleteI love your organizing technique. Who would have ever thought Pringle cans could be so pretty? My husband can easily be described as a Pringles addict. If I buy them, they're gone in a day. Now to think of something to store in them after he's done...I don't have vinyl but I want pretty Pringles cans! LOL

ReplyDeleteI'm in Australia and I was a might bit confused initially cause vinyl to us is either floor covering (linoleum) or records neither of which would fit in a Pringles can. Had to have a look and then realised that we call it contact. Makes much more sense. :) They look really pretty
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, wish I'd seen it earlier, kept some pringles cans for ages and then had a clear out and threw them out. I really wish I hadn't!!!
