Spooky Tablescapes with Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores

The following review is part of the Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores Celebrate the Season campaign.  I received compensation for this review; however, this is my personal, honest opinion based on my experience.

It's Halloween.  In my house, that means it's just about the happiest time of the year.  In past years, I've done a Halloween extravaganza here on the ol' blog, but that whole pregnancy thing kept that from happening.  I am getting way too old to have children, that has become clear.

I did manage to get one sweet Halloween craft done, thanks to Jo-Ann Fabric.  See, they're awesome enough to let me participate in their Celebrate the Season campaign and put together a spooky little tablescape to show all of you.

I started my crafting with some apothecary jars, vases and candleholders.  Don't have any lying around?  USE THE AWESOME COUPON FROM JO-ANN'S AND BUY ONE AT 50% OFF!  At least, that's what I did... and it was awesome.

Next, I bought some foam board.  I drew out some little gravestones.  I know, morbid right?  Also awesome.

I cut them out with a craft knife...

And then painted them with acrylic paints.

A Sharpie was then used to write some epitaphs.

And then my little gravestones were put in the jars, after some moss was added first, of course.

And that was it! I had a spooky tablescape in no time!  And you can too... use the coupon from Jo-Ann's below.  And, visit the Jo-Ann's project website here for other great projects you can make!

I love all the comments I get from you! Because of an insane amount of spam, I had to turn off anonymous commenting but I'd love it if you'd comment anyway!
